What if I own Buildings or Rental Property?

Can I file my State Only? No Federal?
Yes, you can complete your return and choose state only filing in the end. If you choose this option you must have already filed your federal IRS return. Otherwise you need to file both federal and state. Remember, you cannot choose to not file your federal return if you are required to do so.

What can delay my taxes?
If you supply incorrect or missing information, your tax return will be unnecessarily delayed. If you selected Direct Deposit, make sure your Routing number and Account number are accurate. Other infrequent reasons include major holidays and IRS delays/outages (We are working during these hours but the IRS is not)

Why haven't I received any emails from your service?
Usually for one of these 4 reasons:
1. Your email account is over its space quota - Please empty your folders in your email account.
2. Your email account is inactive or doesn't work. Make sure your account is active and working.
3. You have a bulk email or spam blocker. Remove us from your blocked list, or check your bulk or spam email box for our emails.
4. You supplied us with a bad email address. Please email us at help@taxsupport.us to give us
