Why can’t I get into your software when I click on Begin Now or Login?

This is the first time filing taxes online. Do I have to worry about anything?
Make sure you enter all of your information in correctly, especially your Social Security Numbers for yourself and your dependents. Also, make sure all the names are exactly as they appear on the Social Security Card. Your W2 forms are very important. Please enter all the information exactly as you see it on the W2. If you forget some numbers or mistype it, your return will be delayed, and the IRS won't accept it.

How long does this take?
Most simple returns can be completed in about 10 minutes. We are the fastest service online bar none. However this depends on your situation. If you submit all the correct information, then the IRS accepts your return on the first try. If you supply incorrect or missing information, your tax return will be unnecessarily delayed. If you selected Direct Deposit, make sure your Bank Routing Number and Bank Account Number are accurate.
